Creating start menu folders on Windows 10 is possible and very easy. By creating folders you can organize your apps & softwares. Simply drag your apps on top of each other to create shortcut folders that expand when clicked on.
Also with October 2018 Windows 10 update you can rename your folders. To set a name for start menu folder first you have to expand the folder then you’ll see the folder name to set.
To reduce the space taken by Cortana, right-click on an empty part of the taskbar, select Cortana and choose option what you want.
