Disable Ads and Keep Your Personal Data Private
If you haven’t disable ads Windows 10 also places personalized auto advertisements in apps and web-pages. Cookies spies you everywhere on the web and Microsoft shows you personalized ads using your collected data.
Luckily, there is an option in Privacy Settings on Windows 10 to disable this personal data collecting. Also disabling this resets your collected personal data.
Here is how to disable ads and stop Windows 10 collecting your personal data:
1 Click the Start button and go to Settings > Privacy > General.
2 On the right side of this setting page you’ll see an option with title “Let apps use my advertising ID for experience across apps“. Just Toggle off this option.
You can customize “Battery Saver” under Start > Settings > System > Battery Saver. It comes online automatically when the charge drops below 20%.
